Texas Woman's University Athletics

2008: Served as the Pioneers’ number one second baseman during her freshman season…made 53 starts at second base and finished fourth on the team in chances (225) and third on the team in both putouts (133) and assists (82)…fielding percentage of .956 was the third-highest amongst all TWU regulars…produced 26 hits at the plate, three of them for extra bases…scored 12 runs and drove in two more…second on the team with 17 stolen bases and a .944 stolen base percentage…posted four two-hit games…best game of the season came in a 7-3 Pioneer win over Incarnate Word on Mar. 20 when she collected three hits (including her only triple of the year), scored two runs, and knocked in another run…proved to be adept at moving runners over as she tied for second on the team with seven sacrifice hits.

HIGH SCHOOL:  A three-year (2005-07) softball letterwinner at Keller High School in Keller, Texas…helped the Indians to the 2005 NFCA High School National Championship and the 2005 UIL Class 5A State Championship…in 2006, she led Keller to a runner-up finish at the UIL Class 5A State Tournament…picked for the 2006 All-District 5-5A second team…also received the 2006 Keller High School Gamer/All-Out award…also an accomplished student at KHS, as she earned a spot on the Academic All-District 5-5A softball team and the NFCA Academic All-American team in both 2005 and 2006…played club softball with five Metroplex area teams - Fort Worth Batbusters, Texas Glory, the Maniacs, Team Heat USA, and Texas Threat…also ran cross country in high school.

PERSONAL:  A Kinesiology major…the daughter of Terri Clement and John Hamilton…enjoys camping, swimming, and spending time with friends when not busy with softball.
