Pioneers place two on Commissioner's Honor Roll

DENTON, Texas (March 2) – Texas Woman’s University basketball players Keshia Bolds, and Jessica Durr have been selected to the 2009-10 Lone Star Conference Women’s Basketball North Division Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
To be eligible for LSC academic honors, student-athletes must have reached sophomore status and carry at least a 3.30 grade point average.
Bolds, a senior kinesiology major, has a 3.545 cumulative GPA. She played in 24 games this season while making 16 starts. Bolds is second on the team in assists (77). She also recorded 33 steals and averaged 5.0 points per game.
Durr, a senior interdisciplinary studies major, has a 3.587 cumulative grade point average. She appeared in 22 games and made 12 starts this season. Durr is second on the team in rebounds (7.0 rpg) and fourth in scoring (10.6 ppg). She also has 34 steals and eight blocks on the season.
