“We started off strong on beam with a season-high and continued that on to floor and vault,” said TWU head coach Frank Kudlac. “We were little tight on bars made some small mistakes. Overall I am happy with the performance against two top teams in the country.”

The Pioneers will return to action this Sunday, Feb. 7 when they host a quad meet at Kitty Magee Arena. TWU will face Air Force, Centenary, and Northern Illinois at 2:00 p.m.

“It will be a short turnaround and I am looking forward to see how we handle it,” Kudlac said. “The meet will be very competitive against three quality teams.”
