CANYON, Texas (November 12) – The TWU volleyball team will open play at the 2009 Lone Star Conference Volleyball Championship with a 12:00 p.m. quarterfinal game this afternoon versus Angelo State.
A live webcast of the game between the Pioneers and the Rambelles will be shown in the lobby of the TWU Athletics offices in Pioneer Hall (the north end of Suite 220). All fans and friends of TWU volleyball are invited to come view this webcast.
Should TWU defeat Angelo State, the Pioneers will advance to play either Abilene Christian or Texas A&M-Kingsville in a semifinal game on Friday, Nov. 13, at 5 p.m. The live webcast of that game will be available at
